Model Policy and Narratives for Change in Dialogue

This workshop is part of the Narratives for Change Workshop Series. Outright Vermont and the Education Justice Coalition of Vermont will be offering monthly workshops Oct. 2026-May 2027. These workshops will provide opportunities to build a shared understanding and engage with the work of creating safer and more inclusive schools.

Who: This workshop is for students, educators, and community members who want to create safer and more inclusive schools. This workshop will be facilitated by the Narratives for Change crew.

What: The group will provide an overview of the reccomendations for the Hazing, Harassment, and Bullying policy. They will also review their recently released report - Bridging the Gap between Policy and Practice.

Cost: Sliding scale of $0-$50. We encourage members of our Educator of Color Affiliate Network to attend for free as part of our affiliate network programming. We are accepting donations that will go to sustain our collective work for the long haul. You can choose a donation amount or a free ticket.
